11/3/2011 After months of negotiations with various investors and lenders, it seems as though Regnum Group LLC will finally purchase and close on its first of many hotels. Regnum Group's Managing Partner, Israel Marrone stated the lead investor for the purchase and renovation of the Oakland Hotel site has been identified. According to sources with Regnum Group, the lead investor will infuse this deal with capital to the tune of $18,131,675.00

Marrone stated, "What I am most excited about many families will now be able to feed there families and take care of their many obligations in life". Marrone would not reveal the name of the investor but did say deal is solid and looks to close within the next 60 - 90 days with construction beginning immediately.
